  1. I haven't noticed a discussion of a Windows resource leak in Mosaic version 
  2. 2.0 alpha 2, so here is my problem.I'm wondering if others have observed this.

  4. When I start Windows, the Windows resource monitor that comes with the MS 
  5. Windows Resource Kit indicates that my User resource level is 85. If I simply 
  6. start and exit Mosaic a half dozen times, without accessing any documents, 
  7. then the User resource level is reduced to 55. I have to exit Windows and 
  8. restart. Of the dozens of programs I use, Mosaic is the only one with an 
  9. obvious resource leak. When not using Mosaic, I never see a problem with 
  10. resources, even with when going in and out of a dozen or more different 
  11. programs several times during the day.

  48. the modem and mouse are connected using the same IRQ setting.  This is
  49. probably because your mouse is on com 1 and your modem on com 3.  Try changing
  50. your mouse or modem to com 2 and see if that works.  It did for me.
